How the Order Process Works…

Hello! Congrats!! If you’re on this page, you’re officially one step closer to owning the coolest bag of your life… made even better because the hand-painted art on it is something you chose.

Before you design your new bag with me, let me tell you a little more about how the process works:

Step 1: Choose Your Item

You’ll start by deciding what you’d like me to paint on. This can be:

  • A leather bag or purse (real leather or PU)

  • A canvas tote

  • Other smooth leather goods (belts, headcovers, etc.)

Important note: Leather must be smooth so the paint adheres properly.

Step 2: Share Your Idea

This is the fun part. Tell me what you want painted!! It can be anything from a pet portrait, or favorite food to a meaningful symbol, keepsake, or something that you just think would be a vibe to have painted on your bag.

You’ll also send over any and all reference photos or inspiration you have. The more context, the better!

Step 3: Design & Approval

Once I understand the overall vision, I’ll create 2–3 digital mockups of your design on the bag and send them your way. This way you can choose a favorite or request tweaks before anything is painted.

This step ensures you love the final design and feel involved in creating something truly custom. Once the design is approved, I start painting!

Step 4: Paint, Seal & Ship

After painting, your piece is carefully sealed so it’s ready to be worn and loved in the real world, not just admired at home.

Pricing

Artist fees for custom commissions currently range from $100–$200, depending on:

  • Size of the it

  • Level of details

  • Time spent painting, prepping, and sealing

Total cost = Artist fee + cost of your chosen item

Purchasing & Shipping Your Item

I do not provide the bags or goods for custom commissions.

Here’s how it works:

  1. You submit a custom order request with a photo or link to the item you’d like painted.

  2. I’ll confirm whether it’s suitable for painting before you purchase.

  3. Once approved, I’ll email you with:

    • Final artist fee

    • Payment detail

    • Studio shipping address

  4. After payment is submitted, you’ll purchase the item and ship it directly to the studio.

Submitting artist fee payment confirms your order and reserves your spot.

Timeline

From start to finish, the process typically takes 3–5 weeks after your item arrives at the studio. This includes design, mockup approval, painting, and sealing.

Once your order is confirmed, I’ll provide a more specific timeline based on my current workload.

Quality & Care

Quality matters a lot to me. I use professional-grade leather and fabric paints, along with durable sealers for both mediums, to ensure your piece is made to last. Every bag is carefully prepared so you can wear and use it confidently without worrying about damaging your personal masterpiece.
